- Annual Inspections: Dryer vent inspection, water leaks and intrusion (whole house; inside and out), Vegetation (inspecting for intrusive roots, vines, or any possible encumbrance to the home).
- Discounts: 5% any requested repair through our trusted partners.
Complete Care Plan
For homeowners who want more comprehensive coverage, our Complete Plan includes all Basic services, plus additional features to keep your home running smoothly.
- Quarterly Inspections: Includes everything in the Quarterly Essential Plan + Water pressure test, Bath fan/ventilation, & light bulbs.
- Annual Inspections: Includes everything in The Essential plan for Annual + Gutters, Attic, Crawl Space, and Window screen inspections.
- Discounts: 10% any requested repairs through our trusted partners + discounted pricing for filters, batteries, and light bulbs.
Premium Care Plan
Our most inclusive plan offers total protection for your home, taking care of everything from routine inspections to access to emergency repair request.
- Quarterly Inspections: All items on the Complete Plan + Range hood inspections, Bug and moisture, Tile and grout, and tenant cleanliness reports (if applicable).
- Annual Inspections: All items on the Complete Plan + Roof nail pops, water heater inspection, door and window seal inspection, GFCI outlet testing.
- Discounts: 15% any requested repairs through our trusted partners + FREE smoke detector batteries, and access to immediate scheduling for requested repairs.
